STRANGERS AT THE TRAILHEAD.
FRIENDS AT THE SUMMIT.

Join a scheduled departure with a small, mixed group of climbers from around the world. Same WFR-certified guides, same KPAP-compliant crew, same mountain — shared with people who, by summit night, won't feel like strangers anymore.

01 · How a group climb works

SMALL GROUPS.
SERIOUS RATIO.

A scheduled departure is the simplest way to climb Kilimanjaro: pick a date, train, and show up at the airport. Twelve people max, six guides, and a crew that has done this together hundreds of times.

HOW THE
GROUP FORMS

Each departure on the calendar is open to anyone who books it. We don't pre-assemble groups; the group assembles itself, climber by climber, as people pick a date that works.

THE
GROUP SIZE

There is no minimum — a trek runs with as few as one climber. A maximum of twelve keeps it intimate — small enough to share a mess tent, big enough that you'll find your people.

03 · The social side

YOU'RE NOT
GOING ALONE.

About forty percent of our group climbers arrive without knowing anyone on the manifest. By day three, the mess tent feels like a dinner party. By summit night, you are cheering for people whose names you learned over tea.

"I booked solo and was nervous about the group dynamic. By Barranco Wall I had a support team of friends."
